One Crack Trick to Get Silk Off Corn

Those stringy strands clinging to a perfect ear sweet corn can be a real buzzkill. Picking the tough stuff from your teeth is not our idea of a pleasant summer treat.

Good thing there’s a simple way to quickly remove pesky corn silk. All you need is a stiff bristle brush—even a clean toothbrush will do!—and give the ear a gentle once-over with it. (How come we never thought of that?!)
