Lafayette, Indiana’s Jocelyn Brubaker is a mom to three and the blogger behind Inside BruCrew Life. For this cake, she whips up two batters: one for the cheesecake center layer and one for the the chocolate cakes that sandwich it. Homemade peppermint marshmallow frosting binds them all together and chocolate ganache decorates the top. And then there are more candy canes, of course, crushed up and sprinkled all over.
