"If you like baking, street food, desserts, and eating, then you’ve come to the right place," writes Sarah Coates of her blog, The Sugar Hit. One click and you’ll notice that Coates loves pop art and, of course, cooking; she’s known for her innovative desserts such as beer waffles and pretzel ice cream and has been featured in Food and Wine magazine and onFood 52 and Design Sponge.

Now, her Toblerone masterpiece: Coates starts with baking the chocolate cake, which she splits into two layers, and ultimately sandwiches around ice cream. For that, she melts Toblerone Swiss chocolate along with cream cheese, chills it overnight, and then turns it into fresh ice cream. She places triangles of Toblerone on top of the cake, representing the Alps. Fun, huh? Try your hand at Coates’s recipe at home.
