The upcoming slate of Star Wars films and shows is packed. We may not have had a Star Wars movie in cinemas since 2019’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, but that’s all set to change very soon.

Not only are we due several big-screen Star Wars movies, but a whole load of exciting series on Disney+. From The Mandalorian & Grogu to Ahsoka: Season 2, here’s everything coming out of the Star Wars universe in 2024 and beyond.

There is one Star Wars film you won’t be seeing, however: Ewan McGregor says Obi-Wan Kenobi was meant to have a movie.

<p>Disney</p><p>A live-action series taking place in the same time frame as <em>The Mandalorian</em>, this skews younger than the more adult-oriented <em>The Acolyte</em>, a coming-of-age tale directed by <em>Spider-Man: No Way Home </em>director Jon Watts. The plot follows four kids who embark on an adventure after making a big discovery on their home planet. Jude Law stars.</p>
<p>Disney</p><p>One of the brightest jewels in Star Wars’ crown, <em>Andor</em> released in 2022 to critical acclaim. Keenly aware of what it's onto, Disney commenced filming its follow-up immediately, but production was paused due to the Hollywood strikes. <em>Andor </em>season 2 continues the story of thief-turned-rebel spy Cassian Andor, five years before <em>Rogue One</em>.</p>
<p>Disney</p><p><em>Ahsoka</em>’s finale attracted 863k concurrent viewers, according to <a href="https://screenrant.com/ahsoka-finale-andor-the-mandalorian-viewing-figures-comparison/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" data-ylk="slk:Samba TV;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas" class="link ">Samba TV</a>, which is higher than <em>Andor</em>’s final episode (591k) but lower than <em>The Mandalorian</em> (1.5M). <em>Ahsoka</em> season 2 will once again follow Jedi Ahsoka Tano and her fight against the evil Admiral Thrawn.</p>
<p>Disney</p><p><em>The Mandalorian</em> premiered 2019 on Disney+, so the fact <em>The Mandalorian & Grogu </em>is set to hit cinemas seven years later speaks to the concept’s endurance. Pedro Pascal plays a bounty hunter who travels around with a small green alien - what’s not to like? <em>The Mandalorian</em> co-creator Jon Favreau will direct.</p>

<p>Disney</p><p><em>Logan</em> director James Mangold helms this ambitious movie set 25,000 years in the past. It chronicles the inception of the Jedi Order founded by the very first Jedi Knights. Mangold has his hands full developing Bob Dylan biopic <em>A Complete Unknown</em>, so he’s appointed <em>Andor </em>scribe Beau Willimon as lead writer.</p>
