Bill Cosby‘s wife, Camille Cosby, refused to answer a multitude of questions during her deposition last month, according to newly unsealed court papers. Papers relating to the deposition reveal a 98-item list of questions that Cosby was instructed not to answer during the grilling. Rejecting Camille Cosby's latest effort to delay, a federal judge ruled Friday that she must testify Monday in a defamation lawsuit filed against her husband Bill Cosby by seven women who claim they were victims of his alleged assaults. The request came a week after U.S. District Judge Mark Mastroianna ruled Feb. 11 that Mrs. Cosby must answer at least some questions in a deposition about the case, rejecting the argument by Mrs. Cosby's legal team that marital privilege protects her. The defamation suit was first brought by Andrea Constand and then joined by the others, all of whom say Cosby, 78, drugged and/or sexually assaulted them.

Mrs. Cosby (pictured above with Bill Cosby), who has been married to the comedian since 1964, “has no first-hand, non-repetitive knowledge of the issues that are the subject of discovery,” the papers contend.

Despite all the allegations against The Cosby Show patriarch — at this point he’s been accused of sexual assault, molestation, or harassment by more than 50 women — the couple, who have been married since 1964, looked as close as ever when a photographer captured a rare picture of them outside their NYC townhouse on Sunday.
