Selena Gomez’s Head-to-Toe Pink Look Is Part Mad Men , Part Barbie

Selena Gomez more like Selena Glow-mez! The Only Murders in the Building star looks ridiculously pretty in a ballerina pink coat over a pink floral ensemble, stepping out in New York City.

It's a perfect choice for the event, the launch of Rare Beauty's Soft Pinch Luminous Powder Blush Collection. Gomez leaned into shades of blush, and her Mad Men–esque hair is the perfect combination of CEO and “This is a cosmetics event.” It's a more grown-up look than the Bardot Bangs she had earlier this year, but still so ’60s. The flipped-out bob was also a bit mod.

Her belted button-up collared dress and pointy-toe bow heels are from Versace, and her long coat is from It brand Staud.

This look is in keeping with a trend we've been seeing over the past few years. Valentino pink, a hot magenta shade that took over the runways and red carpets, gave way to Barbie pink, which was basically the same thing but in a broader range of shades and not necessarily made by Valentino, and bolstered, of course, last year's biggest movie. Now the pink du jour is baby pink, a pastel hue perfect for spring.

Honestly, Selena Gomez looks so happy here. Maybe thanks to the warm embrace of her boyfriend Benny Blanco? “Without getting into too much detail, I think it’s just really important to meet someone that respects you,” Gomez divulged about her relationship per People. “And I think it’s really nice to also lean on someone who understands the world that I live in. But I’d have to say overall it’s the safest that I feel and it’s been really lovely and I’ve only grown through it, so it’s awesome.” Lovely indeed.
