“Get Back” to Water Works Park when rapper and actor Ludacris comes this July.
The “What’s Your Fantasy” and “Stand Up” rapper will perform at the Lauridsen Amphitheater on Sunday, July 14 as part of the Field Daze Music Series, which will bring artists like Willie Nelson to Led Zeppelin's Robert Plant to the park this year.
The Grammy-winning artist performed at the Iowa State Fair Grandstand in August to a crowd of 13,482, playing some of his biggest hits — including features on Justin Bieber’s “Baby” to Usher’s “Yeah!”
In addition to his career as a musician, Ludacris portrays Tej Parker in the “Fast and Furious” franchise.

The concert starts at 6:30 p.m.
Water Works Park is located at 2251 George Flagg Parkway, Des Moines.
Tickets go on sale Friday, May 17 at 10 a.m. on axs.com.
