Rachel Leviss Accuses Tom Sandoval of Lying to ‘Change the Narrative’ in Revenge Porn Case

Rachel Leviss is definitely getting a rise out of Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval with her revenge porn lawsuit. Recently, both Vanderpump Rules stars put out statements regarding the case.

The response from Tom’s team accused Rachel of farming notoriety and sympathy from the lawsuit. Moreover, Tom’s lawyers had some pretty nasty words regarding the infamous and alleged screen recording.

“The plain facts are that Leviss was broadcasting her actions herself, with her own phone, with Sandoval during their FaceTime calls,” court documents read. As expected, Rachel wasn’t all too happy with that characterization.

Rachel defends her narrative about the screen recording

On the April 29 episode of her podcast, Rachel shared some thoughts regarding Tom and the lawsuit. “I feel anger that Tom chooses to lie to attempt to change the narrative,” she said. “I don’t know how many times I can say … that he filmed me [in] this video FaceTime without me knowing.”

She continued, “And the video footage is me on the big screen, him on the little screen on the FaceTime call so that is him recording that video.” She further emphasized her own innocence: “I did not record that video. I did not send it. It was sent to me, so that can easily be disproven.”

“So I think it’s just silly that he chooses not to take accountability and goes one step further to fabricate a story that can easily be disproven as far as doing this lawsuit to become famous as he is putting out there now.”

Rachel’s podcast commentary comes on top of a statement her legal team made. In response to the statement from Tom’s lawyers, Rachel’s team wrote, “Sandoval’s response in the face of irrefutable evidence that will be presented in court is disturbing. Leveraging such claims for media attention and perpetuating victim-blaming is not just deplorable but actionable.”
