Pregnant Lara Trump poses for 'glamorous' magazine photo shoot

At 8-months pregnant, Lara Trump modeled brightly-colored couture in a magazine photo shoot that made her feel “glamorous.”
The 36-year-old wife of Eric Trump and mother to the couple’s 23-month-old son Eric (nicknamed Luke), recently posed for a Hello! magazine photo shoot at Mar-a-Lago, the presidential hideaway in Palm Beach, Fla. On Wednesday, the presidential campaign advisor shared Instagram photos that were reminiscent of both Melania Trump and Belle from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
“I cannot thank my friend @realoscarlopez for the opportunity to feel glamorous in your exquisite designs (at least for a few hours!) while 8 months pregnant!” Lara wrote on Instagram. “I’m so grateful to the entire team behind these photos!!!
Among other styles, Lara posed in a yellow, ruffled, one-shoulder gown and a sage-green empire-waist dress by Oscar Lopez, who won “Project Runway: Under the Gunn” in 2013. In an Instagram comment, Lopez wrote, “Always a real pleasure to work & get to spend time with you. Splendid muse.”
Reminiscing about the Trump family’s June trip to London where they attended the Buckingham Palace State Banquet hosted by the Queen, Lara told the publication: "Knowing that one day I'll tell this baby about the adventure overseas and all that happened while in my belly made everything all the more meaningful.”
"I can assure you that I never dreamed that I'd have the opportunity to visit Buckingham Palace, meet the Queen and the royal family and attend a State Dinner — it was an unforgettable few days,” Lara told Hello!
Referring to Mar-a-Lago, "I can't visit without thinking about our wedding and so many memorable moments — it's very special to us. In the chaos of day-to-day life, it’s so nice to have a place where we can meet as a family and it feels like old times, before my father-in-law was president and life was a little bit less hectic."
Lara’s shoot received fawning compliments, including from Kimberly Guilfoyle, the girlfriend of Donald Trump Jr. “Beyond gorgeous!” she wrote.
“SO BEAUTIFUL (inside and out). Wow!!” commented Kayleigh McEnany, national press secretary for President Trump’s re-election campaign.
In April, Lara and Eric announced their second pregnancy with an Instagram family photo, including their two dogs. “BIG NEWS: Luke (& Charlie & Ben) can’t wait to become big brothers this August!! We’re all very excited to add one more to our family!”
The couple’s news drove jokes about the country being overpopulated, suggesting that the president’s immigration plans also applied to his family. “Sorry, country is full! — yer daddy” and “Every child should be a wanted child, and no child should be pulled from its parents and put in a cage. I hope you fight against that with this wonderful addition to your own family. Do unto other peoples' children as you would have them do unto yours,” read some tweets.
Lara, who is due this month, will also celebrate Luke’s second birthday on Sept. 12.
