Kris Jenner Revealed Who's Best at Solving Kardashian Family Arguments & Her Answer Is Surprising

Kris Jenner might be the matriarch and “momager” of one the most successful celebrity families in the world, but she is not the one responsible for keeping the peace!

Jenner, 68, sat down for an exclusive interview with Katie Couric for her Next Question podcast on April 11 and discussed all that goes into keeping up with her family’s empire — and dealing with the inevitable arguments that ensue.

“The last really big argument I think anybody had was probably Kim and Kourtney a couple years ago,” Jenner said in reference to the oldest two of her six kids. Kourtney, 45, and Kim, 42, infamously got into a physical altercation in a 2020 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in the midst of a deep-rooted feud that has continued now that the family’s show, The Kardashians, has migrated to Hulu.

Fans of the show know that Kim and Kourtney have had issues for years, arguing over their contribution to shared businesses, overlap in their separate ventures, and differing stances on fame. All the while, younger sister Khloé has been delicately balancing her close relationships with both sisters.

However, according to Jenner, it is actually Kim who mediates in family feuds! “Kim is such a great negotiator. She should seriously be a professional. She’s the best mediator. So, you know, when things get really rough, we just all call Kim,” Jenner said of the Skims founder.

She also said that arguments between the close-knit family don’t tend to last too long.

“Honestly, if we don’t agree, we’ll resolve it by the end of the day. I don’t think there’s ever a time when — I feel like they’re all my spouses — we go to bed angry,” Jenner explained. “So we resolve things pretty quickly, and we all get on the phone.”

Fans of the show will also know that sometimes the only thing that brings the Kardashian-Jenner clan back together, is their shared love of bothering their mom for fun. And Jenner knows this better than anyone.

“But, as the mom, everything’s my fault. Everything in life is my fault,” she joked. Only moms can relate! “Sometimes that’s how you feel. And you just have to say, ‘OK, how am I going to deal with this being my fault today? How am I going to fix it?'”

However, Jenner wouldn’t have it any other way! She concluded: “But it’s great. I can honestly say I feel like the luckiest girl in the world because I get to work with them.”
