Kim Zolciak Forced To Pay Target Debt After Default Judgment

It looks like Kim Zolciak might have to start shopping at Walmart because she’s facing some legal trouble with Target.

You’re probably well aware of the fact that the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been navigating some major financial woes amid her contentious breakup with Kroy Biermann. We’ve shared multiple reports of her owing thousands of dollars in various debts. In the meantime, she’s been running around getting Botox and fillers at her local medspa.

Slowly but surely, Kim’s non-payment is catching up to her. According to Radar Online, Kim racked up a bill on her Target credit card, in addition to her other debts. She suddenly stopped paying the monthly bill, and Target didn’t like that. They took her to court over it and won.

Target wants their money

In the court documents, it was revealed that Kim owed $2,482.24 on her Target card and suddenly stopped paying it back in 2022. The bank said the last payment they received from Kim was for $500 on September 17, 2022. Since then, she’s allegedly been ignoring the bill.

Target National Bank sued Kim in June 2023 over the unpaid amount. In the lawsuit, they said she “failed, neglected, and refused” to pay on her credit card. Kim failed to respond to the lawsuit, so a Georgia court entered a default judgment. She’s been ordered to pay $2,613.38.

Of course, this four-figure debt pales in comparison to some of Kim’s other debts. Her divorce lawyer claimed she owed upwards of $33K in unpaid legal fees. Plus, she and Kroy have been fighting foreclosure on their multi-million dollar mansion for months.

In an attempt to alleviate the financial burdens, Kim has been peddling her belongings. She sold her skincare line, Kashmere Kollections, for an undisclosed amount of cash. She also tried to get rid of a Cartier bracelet for $5,000. Every bit counts.
