Calling all Disney fans! A house inspired by the beloved Haunted Mansion ride has officially hit the market for $2.2 million.

Located in Duluth, Ga., the home is an uncanny match for the classic theme park attraction, and features the same New Orleans-inspired architectural style with a wraparound porch, balcony and cast iron detailing on the iconic facade. The Haunted Mansion plaque even adorns the red brick entryway at the front of the house.

The property’s design was specifically inspired by the Disneyland version of the attraction in Anaheim, Calif., according to the listing, though the ride is also at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla.

The property features six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and three garages spread out across 9,467 square feet. With the Chattahoochee River located nearby and access to community clubhouse amenities like the pool and tennis courts, the property is desirable in more ways than one.

Looking inside the abode, things are decidedly less spooky than at Disneyland, featuring livable spaces for modern living. The grand entryway leads directly into the open living area equipped with a stone fireplace.

The eat-in kitchen flows into the living space and features a center island with barstool seating. A large window over the sink looks out at the property’s surrounding lush greenery, making it a serene space to cook and enjoy meals.

Disneyland's Haunted Mansion is currently undergoing a major renovation, though it's famous facade will seemingly remain the same.

The official Disney Parks Blog reported in August 2023 that the California ride will get an expansion of its grounds, including the queue area, and a new gift shop.

"Local legend suggests the manor known today as the Haunted Mansion was first built by a prosperous sea captain," the update details. "To this day, the mansion’s staff faithfully maintains the happy haunting grounds. The expanded queue will tie into these stories and more, including new gardens inspired by Master Gracey, Madame Leota and the one-eyed cat."

Construction kicked off in January 2024 and Disney has not yet revealed a completion date.
