Golden Retriever ‘Finds Out He’s Famous’ and Reacts Accordingly
There are a lot of famous pets out there thanks to social media, and Teddy the Golden Retriever is one of them. Teddy and his dad Johnathan are known for their ongoing prank war antics and have millions of followers on their social media channels. Recently Teddy found out that he is famous, and his reaction to the news was the best.
Johnathan shared a video on Wednesday, May 1st of Teddy enjoying a snack while watching TV when a clip comes up on the local news featuring him! A quick Google search mentions that he's famous, so he Googles the word to see what it means. Once he realizes that he's an internet celebrity, he wastes no time acting accordingly!
Teddy knows what's up! Now that he's a star, he can enjoy all of the perks that come with it! Who doesn't want a spa day and to be pampered and adored like that?! Teddy's fans got a kick out of the video. @Kelly laughed, "Wait until he figures out he’s got $$$ too!!" @Day Tripper pointed out, "Teddy realizing who's actually in charge here, epic moment. LOL!" and @deniseharth added, "Teddy's gonna want a bigger doghouse!" If you've seen Teddy's doghouse you know it's going to be hard for him to find a better one! @Anna had my favorite comment with, "Teddy, please don’t raise your kissing booth prices. Think of us little people and our wallets!"

Teddy and Other Famous Pets
Teddy is one of the most famous pets on TikTok, and for good reason. The ongoing over-the-top prank war he has with his dad gives us something to look forward to and leaves us laughing each time they one-up each other. Lucky for all of us entertained by these videos, there are a lot of savvy pet owners out there who post silly (and often relatable) videos with their pets for us to enjoy.
Like Johnathan quickly realized the downside to his dog's fame, so did Kat, the mom to another famous pup named Oliver. Kat hilariously explained why setting up a social media account with him was a mistake and I'm sure Johnathan can relate! Maxine is a Corgi celeb and we all laughed when her dad poked fun at what being an influencer looks like. Maxine is so famous that she went rock climbing with Jared Leto, got to meet Ed Sheeran, and recently, the NHL brought the Stanley Cup to her house!

While it seems that celebrities are always living their best lives, it is still a job and a lot of work. Creating minute-long videos to share on social media requires hours of work to come up with the idea, record it, and edit the clips together into one video. It's a fun job, but it's still a job, and they never know if a video is going to do well. And even though they make money doing it, just like the rest of us Teddy is still responsible for paying taxes on it all!
