High tide is going to last longer than we thought: Fox has ordered seven more episodes of its upcoming lifeguard drama Rescue: Hi-Surf, TVLine has learned. This brings the total order up to 19 episodes.

Rescue: Hi-Surf, which earned a series order at Fox last year and is set to debut during the 2024-25 TV season, “is an action-packed drama that follows the personal and professional lives of the heavy-water lifeguards who patrol and protect the North Shore of O’ahu — the most famous and dangerous stretch of coastline in the world,” the official description. “Each episode will feature these dedicated, heroic, and adrenaline-seeking first-responders saving lives in the difficult and often life-threatening conditions of Hawaii’s Seven Mile Miracle.”
