Eminem is on the hunt for some serious “stans.”

The “Lose Yourself” rapper appears to have a documentary about his life and career in the works, as he put out a call seeking superfans on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, April 10.

Eminem, 51, shared on the platform that he was in search of “stans” to help with an as-yet-untitled documentary produced by him and his Shady Films company.

The post included a link that lead to a website with the header “Stans Film,” as well as a questionnaire for fans to fill out.

While it remains unclear just what the documentary is about, the questions indicate that it may be about Eminem’s fervent fan base, as the questionnaire asks things like, “Has Eminem or his music helped you through difficult times?,” “Have you ever met Eminem?” and “Do you collect Eminem merch, make Eminem artwork, write fan fiction, etc.?”

It also asks those participating to upload a one-minute video explaining why they believe they’re the rapper’s biggest fan.

“Stan” is the star’s 2000 hit about an obsessive fan of the same name whose love for Eminem and his music veers into dangerous territory. The song’s title has since become a popular slang term for obsessive fans of specific celebrities.

It’s unclear whether Eminem will appear in the documentary, though he did star in the 2002 drama 8 Mile, which was loosely based on the story of his life.

On April Fool’s Day, the star shared an Instagram Reel in which he teased a surprise album drop — though it never arrived, and was just a prank.

But in March, Dr. Dre appeared on an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! and revealed Eminem's 12th studio album is currently in the works and will be released "this year."

"Let me tell you something, let me explain something to you right now — Eminem is working on his own album which is coming out this year," said the Beats Electronics co-founder, 59. "And I actually talked to him, and he said it's OK for me to make that announcement right here on this show."

Dre continued: "So, he has an album coming out — I’ve got songs on it, and it’s fire. I’m actually gonna hear the entire album for the first time for tomorrow."

In 2020, Eminem released the album Music to Be Murdered By, and in 2022, he shared a greatest hits album called Curtain Call 2.
