GHENT, WV (WVNS) — For those getting ready to view the solar eclipse, many look at this as a time of celebration and gathering, so what better way than to listen to some tunes while viewing this incredible event?

“Total Eclipse of the Heart,” Bonnie Tyler

This is definitely something that people will be listening to. I mean what better way to start the celebration with this song? Virtually everyone knows this song too.

“Total Eclipse,” Iron Maiden

Looking for some thrash metal to get the event started? This song by Iron Maiden will be sure to set a mood.

“Black Hole Sun,” Soundgarden

This is probably the most accurate description of what a solar eclipse looks like. If you have seen the video, then you would understand. It has always been a huge hit.
