Everyone has been at odds at Deception as employees have come and gone, but the April 22, 2024 episode of General Hospital may have just hinted at the cosmetic company getting a potential new member.

Lois To The Rescue

While setting up for Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) bachelorette party, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) confided in Lois (Rena Sofer) about Lucy’s (Lynn Herring) unbelievable behavior in the company as of late, including her attempt to rename a new product after herself. Without any hesitation, Lois suggested they call the new product ‘Deceptive.’

“The skincare that hides what you want, and no one’s got a clue,” Lois continued without missing a beat, taking Maxie aback. This came not long after Lois saved the day by tracking down Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and getting her to the Home & Heart set before Lucy could ruin Deception’s segment.

Trip Down Memory Lane

When Maxie told her about the new products coming, Lois expressed her excitement to try them all, referring to herself as a focus group of one. Maxie asked if she had used their products before, and Lois had a moment of reminiscing.

“I was a big fan of Deception back in the day,” Lois remembered. She also told Maxie that her best friend was the face of Deception in the 90s, referring to Brenda (Vanessa Marcil, who recently teased a GH comeback).

Do you think Deception needs someone like Lois to get them back on track? Let us know in the comments.
