tvN shared a new teaser trailer of Lovely Runner featuring Byeon Woo-Seok and Kim Hye-Yoon. Based on a popular web novel, the previews of the K-drama have already piqued viewers’ interest.

The storyline revolves around Im Sol (Kim Hye-Yoon), who goes back in time to save her favorite idol, Ryu Sun-Jae, from death. The time-slip drama narrates the story of an ardent fan who travels 15 years back mysteriously after the Korean star Sun-Jae meets with a tragic end. The series will show how the characters’ lives intertwine with each other while evolving into a beautiful relationship.

Penned by True Beauty writer Lee Shi-Eun, Lovely Runner is a fantasy rom-com K-drama about time traveling. Recently, tvN shared a new trailer on their official accounts. In the video clip, a young Ryu Sun-Jae (Byeon Woo-Seok) looks taken aback by the appearance of Im Sol in his peaceful world. However, it seems Im Sol is growing on him as his gestures and looks toward her are changing. In the trailer, as Im Sol throws herself into his arms, Sun-Jae asks, “Why do you keep crying while looking at me?” But it seems like his heart is skipping a beat, too.

The text reads, “You keep saying that you will protect me. You’re driving me crazy,” showcasing how Ryu Sun-Jae’s feelings are evolving. How will love bloom between them under mysterious circumstances? How their two different worlds will collide in this time-slip drama? All these questions will be answered in Lovely Runner.
