You’ve got to hand it to Victoria Beckham: She knows how to create one phenomenal makeover, having successfully made the transition from girl-group pop star to respected designer. These days, nobody remembers the zebra-print dresses she once wore. Instead, she’s recognized as a style icon—and rightfully so.

Now, Beckham is tiptoeing into the beauty world with a just-announced collaboration with Brit nail-polish brand Nails Inc. Created to complement her spring Victoria Victoria Beckham clothing collection, the limited-edition colors are chic without being flashy. Think: less Posh, more polish. (No pun intended.)

For her first foray into nail polish, Beckham tweaked the traditional Nails Inc bottle, replacing the clear glass with matte black or white. Inside, the formula has been fortified with bamboo extract to strengthen nails. The polish shades—a glossy tomato red, a creamy white—are a nod to the Japanese influences in Beckham’s spring collection. (Coincidentally, in 2007, Beckham had a makeup collection called V-Sculpt, but it was available only in Japan.)

Looking to get your fingers on these Beckham hues? The two polishes, $25 each, will launch online this Monday before landing in stores in February 2015. Interestingly, Beckham herself doesn’t appear in the campaign photos. Keep an eye on her digits over the next few months, though—we have a feeling she’ll be wearing red and white long past the holiday season.
