Watch it wiggle! How can jello be good for you? Well, we made this jello with cold pressed beet and apple juice. The standout super food here is Great Lakes Gelatin. Keep this gelatin on your radar, you will start seeing it emerge as the next super food. It is a huge health benefit to hair, skin, muscle, cartilage, ligaments and blood cell growth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups water

  • 1 cup fresh beet juice

  • 1 cup  fresh apple juice

  • 2 tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin

  • Stevia to taste

Yields: 4 servings

Method:

  1. Heat water in a pot to a boil.

  2. Combine beet and apple juice in a bowl. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Stir in hot water. Add stevia to taste.

  3. Place into four cups and chill for 2 hours.

  4. Serve with fruit, nuts, or coconut whipped cream.
