If you’re lucky enough to have full lips, you don’t need to do much to make them stand out.  A lip color a touch rosier than the shade your lips normally are, plus a little white gloss to reflect light will subtly enhance your lips. Soft monochromatic makeup in pretty pink tones paired with black liner looks feminine and strong at once. Here’s how to recreate the look:

Step one: Create flawless, even skin with matte powder foundation like Clinique’s Stay-Matte Sheer Pressed Powder ($24) or Bare Escentuals Matte Foundation ($27).

Step two: Brighten up the undereye area covering up any darkness and discoloration with a great concealer like Lancôme Efacernes Concealer ($30) or Sephora 8 Hour Perfect Concealer ($15).

Step three: Fill in brows with a slanted brow brush and a color that matches the color of your brows to add definition.

Step four: Place a bone colored shadow as a base from the lashline to brow bone layering a soft taupe shadow on top, from the lashline to the crease.

Step five: Line eyes with a gel liner like or Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner ($9.99) or Laura Mercier Crème Liner ($24). Start at the outside and bring the line in, lining all the way across. Then do it again to fill in any gaps.

Step six: Apply several coats of black mascara like Maybelline Great Lash ($4.39) or Benefit’s BADgal Lash Mascara ($19)

Sweep an illuminating pink blush like NARS blush ($30)  or Alima Pure Luminous Shimmer Blush ($20) over the apples of cheeks to bring a touch of pretty, bright color

Step seven: When you have beautiful full lips, you don’t need to do a lot to make them look amazing. Try applying a lipstick with a brush in a slightly rosier shade than your natural lip color.
