More than 50 Maoists blasted a state-run middle school in Bihar's Jamui district using dynamite recently, clearly sending out a message they are against education and development. The rebels left threatening messages in the school premises after the attack. Posters threatening the ruling government and security forces of dire consequences were left at the premises. Meanwhile, police condemned the rebels for targeting educational institutions to avenge their anger from the government. Chaudhary claimed that school property worth lakhs of rupees was ravaged in the attack.
