India hopeful of strengthening bilateral ties with Pak after Govt formation: Khurshid

India is hopeful of strengthening bilateral ties with Pakistan following a landmark victory of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's party which looks all set to form the next government, bringing the first transition between civilian governments in a country ruled by the military for more than half of its turbulent history. Meanwhile, BJP as well expressed happiness over Pakistan polls outcome, saying that a stable democratic government was the need of the hour in the country.
