A man who handled basic paperwork for Walker’s collection is named in the complaint. A separate suit has been filed against the estate of the man behind the wheel when Walker died.

According to court papers filed on behalf of Walker’s estate, Richard Taylor and helpers are accused of removing over 30 of Walker’s cars from a warehouse. The estate claims it happened within 24 hours of the Nov. 30, 2013 fiery fatal crash.

The estate is charging that Taylor is hiding the cars and may have sold some already for personal gain. The vehicles include a 2008 BMW M3, 2006 Ford Crown Victoria, a 2004 GMC truck, three 1995 BMW M3 models, and a 2011 Porsche GT3 RS.
