The long-forgotten Arnolt MG: Flickr photo of the day

Stanley H. "Wacky" Arnolt was one of the odd footnotes of the American auto industry, a Chicago dealer who convinced a few smaller British automakers to let him sell rebodied versions of their cars fitted with Italian coachwork. The first was the Arnolt MG, built between 1953 and 1954, of which 103 were built, and like this example captured by John Lloyd are a rare sight.
