Flaming Deltawing: Flickr photo of the day

The Deltawing is a car that on the surface makes no sense, and yet when you dig a little deeper, placing 75-percent of the vehicle's weight on the rear axle begins to add up. As one engineer put it, "The front has less load, and so we really only need to worry about the one axle from a setup perspective." Of course, there are many other benefits too. This shot of the non-coupe Deltawing, sent to us by CGR_Photography, is a less traditional view of the car's odd layout; most shots focus on the front wheels. I think it looks rather awesome. If you have a shot to share, add it to the Motoramic group on Flickr, or send us a message via Twitter, Facebook and Google+.
