Peregrine falcon drop-in sessions open to public
Worcester Cathedral is encouraging people to attend drop-in sessions to watch Peter and Peggy, the resident peregrine falcons, with their own eyes.
There is already a 24-hour live web stream but those who attend the in-person sessions will be able to use telescopes and binoculars to view the animals.
Sessions will be held throughout May and June with expert insights from peregrine experts Chris Dobbs and Dave Grubb.
Mr Dobbs said: "People can see them on the screen, of course, a bit like watching things on TV which is fine but it is a little bit arms length whereas here you can see them live and the actual birds."
He told BBC Hereford & Worcester : "They can see what the birds do and how they organise their lives at different times of the life cycle.
"So we are doing this twice a week, occasionally at weekends, but at least twice a week at certain times.
"Because of the scope you can really zoom in on the birds, that is the key thing."

They will be held on College Green and there is no need to book.
