'Orphan Black' Renewed for Fourth Season by BBC America

BBC America has picked up its flagship drama series Orphan Black for a 10-episode fourth season to air in 2016. The news comes ahead of the show’s third season finale on June 20. Orphan Black got the muscle of AMC Networks behind its current third season. The first season to air since BBC America became a part AMC Networks, the Season 3 opener was simulcast on five AMC nets, earning 1.27 million total viewers in Live+ same day and 1,9 million in Live+3. It was preceded by a Season 1 and Season 2 marathon on new sibling IFC.

Orphan Black earned a Peabody Award in 2014 and lead actress Tatiana Maslany has received two Critics’ Choice Awards for Best Actress, a TCA Award for Individual Achievement, and Golden Globe, SAG and People’s Choice nominations.
The cast includes Tatiana Maslany, Ari Millen, Jordan Gavaris, Dylan Bruce, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Skyler Wexler, Kevin Hanchard, Evelyne Brochu, Kristian Bruun, Ksenia Solo, Michiel Huisman, Josh Vokey, Zoé De Grand Maison, Justin Chatwin and Kyra Harper.
