Downward facing dog! Miley Cyrus tried out a challenging yoga pose on Wednesday in the comfort of her own home. She posted a photo of the move, which involved her folding forward with her arms underneath her legs and her head between her legs.

Ashtanga is a type of vinyasa yoga. Cyrus, of course, is a longtime yoga lover, and has posted a series of photos and videos to Instagram over the years.
