Emmys: Rob Lowe, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jaimie Alexander to Present

With only six days to go until television’s finest walk the red carpet at the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards, the show is continuing to add star power to the line-up of presenters. Executive Producer Don Mischer has announced nine more entertainers who will be taking the stage at L.A.’s Microsoft Theater, including breakout Jane the Virgin star, Gina Rodriguez; Late Late Show host James Corden; Jamie Lee Curtis of Fox’s upcoming horror comedy Scream Queens; and Jaimie Alexander, the heroine of the new NBC action drama, Blindspot.

Also representing Fox’s new comedy The Grinder is TV veteran Rob Lowe, who will hopefully take the stage by himself, and not with Snow White. Finally, several Emmy contenders have agreed to pull double duty and present awards, among them Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama nominee Liev Schreiber (Ray Donovan), and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy nominees Will Forte (The Last Man on Earth) and Anthony Anderson (black-ish), who will likely be accompanied by his co-star and onscreen wife, Tracee Ellis Ross. As much fun as it must be to watch the show from the audience, the green room sounds like the place to be on Emmy night.

The 67th Emmy Awards air Sept. 20 on Fox. Be sure to tune into Yahoo’s live Emmys pre-show on September 20th at 3:30 PM PT/ 6:30 PM ET.
