5 ‘Bachelor’ Couples Who Deserve Their Own Reality Show

image

Look, Team Bachelor, we’re on your side. Really. But there comes a time in every relationship when you have to deliver some tough love, and now is one of those times. Of all the former Bachelor/Bachelorette/Bachelor Pad/Bachelor in Paradise couples you could have gifted with their own reality show, you chose The Bachelor’s Ben and Lauren? They seem like nice folks, sure, but shouldn’t a reality show be built around people with, you know, identifiable personality traits? We’re just not sure that Ben and Lauren can spark up enough drama — or actual conversation, for that matter — to make a reality show that’s worth watching. While it’s probably too late to pull the plug on Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After (ugh, even the title’s generic), on the off chance that you can course correct, here are 5 more Bachelor couples who are far more likely to entertain audiences.

1. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth

As anyone who follows their snapchat knows, this Bachelorette duo are goofiness personified. Watch Shawn rap along to Kelis’ “Milkshake” while they tool around Nashville in his SUV! See Kaitlyn reenact the Thriller choreography as part of a Halloween dance battle in their living room! Marvel as Shawn clumsily applies Kaitlyn’s makeup! These two already live like a camera crew is following them around. Somebody, please make it a reality (show).

2. Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert

It sounds crazy, but this couple — she’s a former Playboy model, he’s a finance manager, they met on the sleaziest show on TV (Bachelor in Paradise), fell in love and actually got married — now live a relatively normal life in Kansas City, Missouri (when they’re not making appearances in Vegas, or whatever). Plus, they’re just so damn adorable! Check it:

Tanner should go pro in hula dancing, just saying. 😂 @tanner_tolbert

We can definitely imagine watching 22 minutes of their semi-contrived “adventures” each week.

3. Emily and Haley Ferguson

They’re hot twin sisters who live in Las Vegas. Frankly, we’re appalled that Oxygen or WEtv hasn’t given them a reality show already. Get on it, people!

4. Tiara and Sheila the Chicken

We barely got to scratch the surface of this complex relationship — introduced during last season of The Bachelor — before Ben sent Tiara packing. (Had she brought Sheila with her in the limo, the story might have ended differently.) Get on it, Animal Planet!

5. Chris Harrison and Huey

These two have undeniable chemistry. And the buddy-comedy possibilities are endless! They could solve crimes, cruise the town looking for “ladies,” or even just hang out and watch football. This, rose lovers, is a Bachelor couple we can believe in.
