Toronto Airport Hosts Accidental Foam Party

Toronto hosted the ultimate foam party this weekend — but not at the International Film Festival. On Saturday, a malfunctioning fire suppression machine at Toronto Pearson International Airport went on the fritz.

Foam billowed out of a hangar, onto the airport grounds, and out into the street. According to Peel Regional Police, it was enough foam to fill “two football fields” and reached 29 feet in some areas.

Police officers played in the foam and assured locals and passengers that there was nothing to worry about. Talk about an early winter wonderland.
