Paris has been photographed in just about every way known to humanity, but soon you’ll be able to see it from a new perspective: from inside a floating hotel on the River Seine.

Off-Paris Seine will open this spring as a three-star hotel with 54 rooms and four suites, all inside a converted catamaran, reported the website The Local. There are already restaurants and houseboats to be found on the Seine, but planners say this will be the first of its kind.

The hotel was built in Normandy and will be towed to its permanent spot along the Quai d’Austerlitz in the 13th arrondissement, near the Charles de Gaulle Bridge. The area had been used as an unofficial refugee camp for hundreds of migrants before Paris’ Citysurfing and hotel chain Elegancia collaborated on the property.

While you may be tempted to jump into the Seine while you stay here, there will be a 50-foot pool on site, as well as a terrace to enjoy the waterside view. Rates will go anywhere from $171 to $483 per night.

The hotel’s architect told The Local that guests may feel a motion “akin to rocking,” it’s nothing so serious you’ll need to bring Dramamine onboard.
