There, Ripert explores Unification Village, an area where war, nature, and people live together. He also visits a former bomb shelter that has been converted into a museum.

Contrasted with the show of military presence is Ripert’s visit with local farmers who harvest an abundance of amazing products from the fertile land that sits perilously close to the divided nations. South Korea is known for its cuisine, and some of its finest produce comes from this area.
