Tech Tuesday: The right to leave work at work

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — This week on Tech Tuesday: disconnecting from work outside of the office can be difficult. But California lawmakers want to make it illegal to require employees to respond to communications outside of scheduled work hours.
