Why is this a good deal? 💰

At this price, this tablet holder is on par for the lowest price we've ever seen it go for. It's one of the most affordable options out there, too, with most of the competition starting at $18 or more.

Why do I need this? 🤔

The main draw of this tablet mount is its broad compatibility. While Lamicall says it is universally compatible, we're hesitant to declare that since every tablet hasn't been tested — and a few reviewers said it wouldn't fit theirs. But as far as the main tablet choices go, you're set. It can even hold phones, too. You can also rotate the mount 360 degrees without removing it from the seat.

There's a soft rubber lining on the inside of the grip that protects your devices, while the telescoping arm absorbs vibrations to prevent the tablet from bouncing around on a bumpy road. It's designed to fit in most vehicle types, as long as they have metal headrest arms. The company specifically names Volvo as one type of car this does not work with.

Since this can easily be swapped between portrait and landscape mode, you could even mount something like a Nintendo Switch and play games while on the road. Just not while you're driving!

A few customers had complaints about the location of the handles in relation to the buttons on a tablet. "The only downside is where the handles are, I've bumped the power and volume buttons when trying to load it length wise for movies."

Other shoppers disliked that they couldn't leave the case on their tablets while using the mount. "Only downside is that her iPad doesn't fit when it has its cover on."
