Zendaya is the latest celeb to hop on the app train. The 20-year-old has launched Zendaya: The App, creating a platform for her to better reach her fans and, of course, promote her business endeavors, such as her clothing and shoe lines.
In a launch video introducing the app, a seemingly bare-faced (’cause she’s real, y’all) Zendaya promises new music, videos, and a behind-the-scenes look at her life, along with hair and makeup tutorials, live streams, and more. The app comes from Whalerock Digital Media, the same company behind the Kardashian-Jenners’ popular official apps. Much like the reality TV family’s apps, Zendaya’s effort also includes free content and premium content, for which die-hard fans will have to cough up $2.99/month, or $24.99/year, thanks to a limited-time offer.
The accompanying website features some of the content on the app, including a video of Zendaya’s 20th birthday celebration, style tips, and a feature on musical artist Yah Yah.
We can’t wait to see what else Zendaya puts out on her new platform. Scoop up the app at the App store, and watch the video above to see what the actress has in store for her latest project.
