The upcoming Baywatch movie is an action-packed version of its television predecessor. In the new two-and-a-half minute trailer, Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson dive, flip, and jump in order to save their sacred bay from peril. What was the hardest stunt for Efron to film? Per the actor, it was walking in a pair of heels.

Responding to a tweet from a fan on Wednesday, he wrote, “Mad respect to all the ladies who can handle heels. 1 of my hardest stunts EVER on #Baywatch.”

Efron’s far from the first male actor to put on a pair of pumps for a role. The late Robin Williams donned them in 1993’s Mrs. Doubtfire, and he once joked that “High heels are the most sinister invention of the last two centuries.”

Dustin Hoffman, who starred as a cross-dressing actor in 1982’s Tootsie, had a more sobering realization, telling the American Film Institute in 2012 that he went home crying after dressing as the character for the first time. “I know that if I met myself at a party, I would never talk to that character because she doesn't fulfill physically the demands that we're brought up to think women have to have in order to ask them out.”

While there are a handful of men who have experienced life-changing epiphanies after putting on a pair of heels, lest we forget the many actresses who have appeared in action movies running in them. Based on the Baywatch trailer, Efron’s “stunt” appears to be limited to walking.
