It’s hard to forget the day that the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge announced they were engaged — and the iconic blue dress Kate Middleton was wearing.

The Issa dress soon became the fashion sellout of the year, which is mot surprising, as the cut and color are almost universally flattering. The dress was originally priced at about $600 in 2010.

However, in amazing news for those of us not on a royal budget, Daniella Helayel, the founder and former creative director of Issa, is giving us a chance to buy the dress at less than half that price with the launch of a capsule collection with U.K. label Monsoon.

One of Helayel’s signature wrap-style dresses in particular is uncannily similar to Kate’s engagement frock. With a plunging V-neckline, waist-cinching design and a navy hue, it would be hard to deny it’s inspired by the one that Kate wore back in 2010. It’s also available in fuchsia, if navy isn’t your color.

Helayel originally dressed Kate for years leading up to the duchess’s engagement, but she sold the Issa label to Camilla Al-Fayed in 2013.

The capsule collection also includes short-sleeve and maxi dress versions of the wrap dress, as well as flowy pants and matching top. You can shop the whole collection on Monsoon’s U.S. website.
