The hilarious new trend shows women in side-by-side photos — the first with an ex, the second of the women solo as their fresh single selves.

Twitter user Nai seems to have started the trend. “Wanted to share my amazing weight loss transformation for you all,” she tweets. “It’s been over a year since I lost 230 lbs and I’ve never felt better.” Her hilarious tweet went viral, receiving close to 90,000 likes and 25,000 retweets. Comments also flooded in with people recounting the lol-worthy moment they figured out what she meant.

Nai’s funny tweet inspired Leah Mezano to share her own before and after transformation photos. She also lost 230 pounds and has “never felt better.”

Alyssa Canon lost 190 pounds and she’s feeling pretty good too.

However, it’s not only women who are sharing their weight loss before and after photos, some men are sharing their before and after transformations as well.

Who says being single isn’t awesome?
