Winter storm Stella was no match for Tiffany & Co. — the storied jewelry brand threw a bash at the downtown Whitney museum on Wednesday night.

The occasion: the opening night of the 2017 Whitney Biennial at the Whitney Museum of Art. Oscar winner Julianne Moore and her husband, Bart Freundlich, held hands as she walked the red carpet in a Louis Vuitton ensemble.

Zoe Kravitz, meanwhile, was in full Oscar de la Renta mode in a menswear-inspired tuxedo jacket and pants, paired with a shimmery gold de la Renta top. Kravitz opted for Tiffany $2,500 18K gold drop earrings and a $1,150 gold ring from the brand’s HardWear collection. The jewelry collection was inspired by archival unisex bracelets originally designed by Tiffany in 1971.

Girls star Zosia Mamet, in Monse, sported a $9,500 18K gold link necklace, $5,000 18K gold link earrings, and her variety of 18K gold and diamond rings. “I love it — it’s very light to wear, but I like that it has a real heavy look to it. It’s very empowering,” she told Yahoo Style.

You may remember the HardWear line from the January Super Bowl commercial, when Lady Gaga debuted the collection. Mamet raved about the pop star’s style, calling her “a goddess” and adding, “She can do no wrong in my book.” How does the 29-year-old actress feel about the possibility of her HBO series character, Shoshanna Shapiro, rocking a flamboyant Gaga-inspired outfit? “I feel like maybe she would dress like her for Halloween,” she said. “I could see that happening!”

Mamet’s most treasured piece of jewelry is her grandmother’s pearl necklace, which she wears almost daily. “That is one of my most prized possessions. It’s like carrying a torch,” she said. “I feel that I have a piece of her with me, and all of the stories and experiences she had while wearing that piece are sort of infused into the experiences that I have. I think jewelry really holds history.”
