Watch Kylo Ren awkwardly flirt with Rey in the “Star Wars: Force Awakens” bad lip reading
If you’re in need of a good Star Wars laugh today, we’ve got just the thing. Bad Lip Reading has released a new video with some super bad The Force Awakens lip reading. If you’ve ever wondered what Chewbacca or BB-8 is really saying…well, we’re still not entirely sure. But you’re going to laugh anyway.
The video highlights some of our favorite scenes from the movie, like Rey and Finn’s first meeting (where she totally clocks him), to a tender reunion between Han Solo and Leia, where they talk about the fact that Leia just really wants a frapp, because she likes them. Just go with it.
But, the highlight of the video is by far the scene between Rey and Kylo Ren. After setting the mood with some music, Kylo asks Rey if he can “buy her a drink” and suggest that it “would be great if we could play with my kissy bits.” Props to Rey — who if you remember doesn’t actually say much during this scene — which actually makes it so much funnier.
Other highlights include Admiral Ackbar who sounds like a cat (??), Finn who warns of approaching “ninjas,” and the fact that the First Order Base now includes a gift shop, and Han Solo is super into it.
Also, if Han’s voice sounds familiar, it’s because you already know and love it. Mark Hamill himself provides the dialogue for the scruffy nerf herder. No one provides the dialogue for Luke because, come on.
