The Duchess of Cambridge Meets Chirlane McCray

The Duchess of Cambridge and First Lady of New York Chirlane McCray met for the first time outside of the Northside Center for Child Development in New York City’s Harlem neighborhood. Both wore smart coats, black tights, and comfortable heels, and each looked delighted to meet the other.

Kate Middleton is keeping warm with the Washington crepe coat from Goat, which sells for $1,038. She also has on the same pair of Stuart Weitzman heels she wore on Sunday night, when she arrived at the Carlyle Hotel from JFK airport.
On previous state visits, Her Royal Highness has worn local designers. Based on the three outfits she has worn in New York so far, however, she seems to be lending her sartorial support to the United Kingdom.
