We need to talk about the Finnish president’s dog Lennu, aka the most insane looking dog on the planet

Some faces just can’t be ignored, which is why it is most urgent that we drop everything else and engage you in a rather serious convo about the president of Finland’s dog, Lennu. We realize that sounds totally random, but trust us when we say that the mug on this pooch is anything but.

That’s because the first dog of Finland has an incredible smile. We’re a total sucker for presidential pooches but Lennu’s million-dollar grin belongs on a billboard for dogs everywhere to see and aspire to this level of smile slayage.

Apparently President Sauli Niinistö brings Lennu everywhere, and when you take in the 5-year-old Boston Terrier’s enthusiastic smile, you too will understand why this animal will never meet a camera that doesn’t absolutely ~lurve~ him:

While Bo and Sunny Obama still hold precious places in our hearts, we’re pretty confident that we have room in the old ticker for Lennu as well. His huge smile, however, is an entirely different matter.

C’mon, is this not the face of a dog that knows its destined for superstardom?

Well, the internet certainly agrees. Lennu is already being credited with making the world a better place, and has even received a doggie proposal on Twitter.

You cannot tell us that Lennu isn’t totally crushing this being a politician’s dog thing, because he has clearly it down pat. Everything from the adorable poses to his ability to werk the camera with fierce eye contact just makes us want to scoop him up and cuddle him.

We’d love to sign up for a chill sesh with Lennu, but given his skyrocketing fame, we’d better arrange that quickly before he becomes too popular to take our calls.
