Iconic fashion designer Oscar de la Renta will be commemorated in a new line of stamps for 2017, the U.S. Postal Service announced on Wednesday, according to Women’s Wear Daily. The designs are part of a series that will “celebrate the people, events, and cultural milestones that are unique to the history of our great nation,” Mary-Anne Penner, director for stamp services at USPS, told WWD.

An upcoming exhibit, entitled “Black Fashion Designers,” will showcase a global history of black people in fashion from the 1950s to the present, focusing on designers as well as models.
