Anthony Vaccarello Puts Pause on Namesake Label to Focus on Saint Laurent
Before Anthony Vaccarello was named the new creative director of Yves Saint Laurent in April, the 33-year-old Belgian designer helmed Versus Versace, which he has since departed, as well as his own eponymous label. In addition to leaving Versus, it appears that Vaccarello also will be parting ways with his namesake brand, too. “This adventure has been amazing but I now feel the need to fully focus on this new project,” Vaccarello said in a statement.
