Steal Her Style: How to Dress So-Cal Chic like Nicole Richie

My admiration of Nicole Richie started way back in 2003, when she was widely recognized as Paris Hilton’s sarcastic sidekick with crazy blonde streaks in The Simple Life. Although Nicole had her fashion hick-ups back then, she is now the epitome of So-Cal chicness. Case-in-point: this week she arrived to an Extra TV taping in a trendy black crop top, simple white midi skirt, elegant black pumps, and oversize sunnies. It takes a fair amount of conviction to pull this look off. We’re glad that while Nicole has gotten more sophisticated with age, she still hasn’t lost any of her sass.
