Selena Gomez celebrated her 25th birthday with lots of balloons and a sweet message to her fans
Hot off the release of her new single “Fetish,” Selena Gomez celebrated her 25th birthday yesterday.
The singer gathered a few of her closest friends togther. They celebrated her big day with a couple of mint green cakes in an intimate gathering.
Selena posted photos of the celebration on Instagram, which took place in a kitchen decorated with lots of white and turquoise balloons. The vibe of the party seemed pretty low-key, as photos show the singer perched on a countertop in a pair of sweats. Of course, plenty of party blowers were around.

In case you’re wondering where her boyfriend The Weeknd was, he’s on tour in Paris. So that’s probably why it appears he didn’t attend.

In this one, she includes a sweet sentiment for all her followers.

She also responded to the flood of birthday wishes that she received on Twitter, asking her followers to donate to the Alliance for Lupus Research if they wanted to give her a present. Selena has been open about her own struggle with lupus. We love that she used her special day to spread love to other people in need.
