The Sanjay Dutt Biopic Shoot Wraps Up; Ranbir & Sonam Celebrate
The Rajkumar Hirani directorial, a Sanjay Dutt biopic, is one of the most anticipated films of 2018. Ranbir Kapoor plays the titular role.
The formidable cast of the unnamed film includes - – Manisha Koirala (as Nargis Dutt), Dia Mirza (as Maanayata Dutt), Sonam Kapoor (as Tina Munim), Karishma Tanna (as Madhuri Dixit) & Anushka Sharma (as Sanjay Dutt’s lawyer) & Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt.
Filling Dutt’s shoes sounds like a daunting challenge. Ranbir went through a drastic transformation to depict the controversy-riddled life of Sanjay Dutt. No wonder then that after the filming drew to a close, Ranbir and the crew rejoiced with cakes, champagne and matching t-shirts that read #DuttsTheWay.
