<p>Between red carpets and IRL sightings, here are the best-dressed celebs of the week.</p>

<p>Who: Selena Gomez</p><p>When: March 30, 2017 </p><p>What: Oscar de la Renta Dress, Giuseppe Zanotti<span> shoes, </span><a rel="nofollow noopener" href="https://rebeccaderavenel.com/products/chiquita" target="_blank" data-ylk="slk:Rebecca de Ravenel earrings;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas" class="link ">Rebecca de Ravenel earrings</a></p><p>Why: Orange is arguably one of the most difficult colors to wear on the red carpet. Leave it to Selena Gomez to surpass expectations, wearing a high-shine party dress by Oscar de la Renta to the premiere of <em>13 Resons Why</em>. The true genius of her look, though, is that she doubled down on the color with matching earrings and <span>eyeshadow, using only her electric blue manicure to offset it all. </span></p>

<p>Who: Cara Delevingne </p><p>When: March 28, 2017 </p><p>What: Mugler</p><p>Why: Red hot has never been more appropriate than Cara Delevingne at CinemaCon in Las Vegas this week. She paired a fiery patent mini with a plunging neckline, matching pumps, and unexpected silver chains. </p>

<p>Who: Sasha Lane </p><p>When: March 28, 2017</p><p>What: H&M</p><p>Why: You don't need to clear your bank account to go formal, as Sasha Lane showed us at the H&M Conscious Exclusive Dinner. <span>She wore her affordable gown with elegant mules and drop earrings in Los Angeles, California. </span></p>

Case in point: Nicole Kidman's slinky dress made of velvet and trimmed in ostrich feathers. She wore this sultry look to the Swisse Wellness Power Your Passion event in Melbourne, Australia. </p>

Her unexpected floral dress fits her in both age and personality, winning her best dressed of the week. </p>

<p>Who: Gabrielle Union</p><p>When: March 19th, 2017</p><p>What: Naeem Khan</p><p>Why: At an event in Chicago, Illinois, Gabrielle Union reminds us once again that she's aging backwards. If this were high school, we'd vote Union and her equally well-dressed husband <a rel="nofollow noopener" href="https://www.instagram.com/p/BR3gpP-gxSr/?taken-by=gabunion" target="_blank" data-ylk="slk:Dwayne Wade;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas" class="link ">Dwayne Wade</a> hottest couple. </p>

<p>Who: Fan Bingbing</p><p>When: March 21, 2017</p><p>What: Elie Saab Couture</p><p>Why: If Cinderella becomes a live action film we'd expect the princess to wear Fan BingBing's gown-jumpsuit combo. It's equally beautiful <i>and </i>badass, fitting as Bingbing wore this to accept her Best Actress award at the Asian Film Awards in Hong Kong. <br></p>

<p>Who: Chloe and Halle Bailey</p><p>When: March 23, 2017</p><p>What: Dolce & Gabbana</p><p>Why: No one has done sister style <em>this</em> well since the Olsens reigned over their direct-to-TV empire. Can Chloe X Halle dethrone them? Their red carpet style is exponentially rising (as this inspired denim, corset, and lace set shows) so only time will tell. </p>

Best Dressed: March 10 — March 15, 2017

<p>Who: Zendaya </p><p>When: March 11, 2017</p><p>What: Daya by Zendaya slip dress</p><p>Why: Few stars risk wearing off-the-rack, much less affordable, clothing on big red carpets. Well, the ever-fearless Zendaya doesn't give a hoot about that nonsense, wearing a $38 slip dress from her own collection to Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards. This stunning turn—styled masterfully by Law Roach with unexpected suede boots and a massive diamond choker—wins her best dressed of the week. </p>

<p>Who: Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge</p><p>When: March 17, 2017 </p><p>What: Catherine Walker & Co. coat, Monica Vinader earrings</p><p>Why: In honor of St. Patrick's day, Kate Middleton went all out in a head-to-toe green look. She topped off her signature prim and proper style with the thoughtful addition of an Irish Guard Brooch. </p>

<p>Who: Dakota Johnson</p><p>When: March 14, 2017</p><p>What: Jitrois set, The Row bag</p><p>Why: Dakota Johnson's look is <i>very</i> Laurel Canyon in the '60s. She look like an upscale bohemian-intellectual heading to Joni Mitchell's daytime pool party in a modern home in the Hollywood Hills. Pretentious sounding? Definitely. But we <i>love </i>this outfit. </p>

<p>Who: Zoe Saldana </p><p>When: March 11, 2017</p><p>What: Dolce & Gabbana</p><p>Why: Here on the East Coast we're still recovering from Storm Stella, and as per usual California is taunting us with their springtime style. A prime example is Zoe Saldana in a sundress, styled simply with velvet heels. </p>

<p>Who: Chrissy Teigen </p><p>When: March 16, 2017</p><p>What: Gucci</p><p>Why: When we wear a robe and sweatpants to the airport: unforgivable mess. When Chrissy Teigen wears a (Gucci) robe and sweatpants: flawless. </p>

<p>Who: Serayah McNeill</p><p>When: March 11, 2017</p><p>What: 3.1 Phillip Lim</p><p>Why: Wearing a suit doesn't have to look stuffy. Sereyah McNeil adds sex appeal to her set with a simple styling adjustment, revealing a sliver of midriff. </p>

Best Dressed: March 03 - March 09, 2017

<p>Who: Rihanna</p><p>When: March 3, 2017</p><p>What: Dior</p><p>Why: A master of the style game, Rihanna shows us how to elevate a simple black coat with key accessories. She attended the Dior runway show wearing the very same beret that topped the heads of the models who walked the catwalk, but on her it looked one-of-a-kind. Paired with a bedazzled 'DIOR' choker, the singer (and ultimate style icon's) look wins best dressed of the week </p>

<p>Who: Kristen Stewart</p><p>When: March 9, 2017</p><p>What: Chanel</p><p>Why: As if her newly <a rel="nofollow noopener" href="http://www.elle.com/culture/celebrities/news/a43762/kristen-stewart-cant-stop-trying-to-push-her-shaved-hair-back/" target="_blank" data-ylk="slk:shaved head;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas" class="link ">shaved head</a> wasn't cool enough, she emerged at the New York premiere of her film <i>Personal Shopper </i>looking drop dead gorgeous in a dazzling knit dress, accenting her look with minimal silver accessories. </p>

<p>Who: Sasha Lane</p><p>When: March 7, 2017</p><p>What: Louis Vuitton</p><p>Why: If anyone could convince us that scrunchies are ok, it'd be it-girl Sasha Lane. She paired her leopard set with the contentious hair accessory, and we're all for it. </p>

<p>Who: Amal Clooney </p><p>When: March 9, 2017</p><p>What: Dress and coat by Bottega Veneta</p><p>Why: How is that when we wear matching sets it looks like a bad Jackie O costume, but when Amal Clooney does it she's a picture of perfection? </p>

<p>Who: Cara Delevingne </p><p>When: March 7, 2017</p><p>What: Chanel, Supreme</p><p>Why: This is a, ahem, <i>supreme </i>example of high-low styling (sorry). Delevigne mixes boxers, a Chanel blazer, and track pants into one inspired outfit at the Chanel runway show. </p>

<p>Who: Sophie Turner </p><p>When: March 7, 2017</p><p>What: Louis Vuitton</p><p>Why: Sophie Turner does monochrome right at the Louis Vuitton runway show in Paris. Here's to hoping the <em>Game of Thrones </em><span>actress wears white OTK boots for the rest of her life. </span></p>
